About ifina

International Financial Administration Group Limited, ("ifina"), is a multi jurisdictional group of companies, providing investment fund formation and administration and valuation services for investment funds domiciled in all of the major offshore centres, including the Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, Cayman, Guernsey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, USA and Switzerland.

ifina currently has assets under administration in excess of US$ 1.75 billion, comprising 150 investment funds with an array of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, derivatives, fund of funds, private equity and real estate.

The Group has a licenced and regulated fund administration company in the British Virgin Islands and in the other offshore jurisdictions it works in partnership with local licenced and regulated mutual fund administrators, banks and trust companies. The Group also has recently established IFA (USA) LLC in Chicago, USA providing offshore and onshore mutual fund administration and valuations services to Commodity Trading Advisors in the USA.

Utilising the Group's BVI base and strategic alliance and jointventure associations with specialist and expert services providers in other jurisdictions, ifina is able to provide its investment fund clients with an extensive range of offshore services.

ifina was founded by Derek Adler and Sam Bratchie to provide a full range of offshore mutual fund administration services to global investment managers, major financial institutions and multi-national corporations.
