Derek Adler
Derek Adler's career in financial services spans more than 35 years. He has held numerous executive positions with major international brokerage houses in the City of London and has qualified with the National Futures Association in the USA. Mr Adler served on the Conference and Training and Education Committees of the Alternative Investment Management Association, was Chairman of the sub-committee of the Marketing Advisory Board to FINEX and is a current member of the Securities Institute.
Derek Adler is Director to the Group and his responsibilities include marketing the services of ifina and developing client fund business.
Sam Bratchie
Sam Bratchie has in excess of 25 years experience in the global financial markets, both from a 'front-office' and 'back-office' perspective. He has extensive experience in the financial administration of offshore investment funds, including settlements, daily portfolio valuations and risk exposure reporting, bank and broker facility negotiation andmulti-currency treasury management.
Sam Bratchie is Managing Director of the Group and responsible for the day-to-day running of business activities of ifina.

Joanne Watkins
Joanne Watkins is our Finance & Operations Director and has more than 35 years of experience in Finance & Management with a sound working background in accounting, administration and personnel.
Joanne Watkins has been with the company for 9 years and heads up our Offshore Finance Banking team dealing directly with international offshore banks and international client base with overall responsibility for all company operations including our on-going Human Resources development.
Sue Bourton
Sue Bourton is our Corporate Administration Manager and has over 20 years experience in Office Administration and Management with a sound working background in compliance procedures based on ISO 9000 quality assurance systems.
Sue Bourton heads up our Offshore Fund Formation & Licensing Services Team dealing directly with our international client base advising on AML and KYC procedures throughout the process of the Fund Formation and Licensing.

ifina has been successful in employing quality staff due to its location, which is outside of the costly offshore centres and being in the centre of the UK. This has guaranteed IFINA the ability to hire staff as its business expands and produced a broad range of people drawn from both sexes and various age groups.
